Mohammad A. AlMutair
Owner & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from King Saud University in 1991 and by having practical experience in most engineering fields from designs, studies, operations, maintenance to direct supervision of projects and project management where a number of projects were implemented in various public and private sectors that exceeds Fifty (50) Billion Saudi Riyals all of which are of the highest quality and speed of implementation according to the latest modern international methods and codes.
Mohammad spent a huge chunk of his career working in the government sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he was able to harness his knowledge and skills. He started as a mechanical engineer in studies and designs management and worked his way up to become the assistant to the General Manager for a center of developmental projects where he has gained a significant amount of experience. He then has decided to take everything into the next level and opened up his own company where he can apply all the strategies and techniques he has learned all throughout his career which later became Development Keys for Engineering Consultants.
Mohammad is involved in all aspects of the company including business development, estimating/bidding, project management, and human resources. In addition, he builds and maintains relationships with developers, general contractors and design engineers to deliver quality projects to the client.

Jihad Mohtadi
General Manager (GM)
A well-seasoned and result oriented leader with tenacious commitment to drive the organization to where it is now and for future implementations. Jihad graduated in 1982 and started his career in Saudi Arabia in which he held different positions ranging from Project Engineer, Project Manager to head of construction supervision of projects worth more than Twenty-Five (25) Billion Saudi Riyals, followed by being a Resident Manager of an international engineering company in Riyadh.
Jihad has a wide range of expertise that he can bring to the table from years and years of managing numerous projects throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad. He has over thirty-six (36) years of management experience in engineering assessments, budgeting, and designs. His incredible understanding of engineering principles, building practices, and local codes lead to accurate designs and projects that proceed in a timely and efficient manner. Truly, nothing beats experience!
Jihad shares the company’s vision to overcome the client’s financial woes and continues to place ethics and integrity as our highest priorities. This enables the company to help our clients make decisions today which will then have a great impact in their future, positively.

Ziad Edeis
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Ziad graduated as an electrical engineer with numerous credentials in international management and financial courses. He first sets his feet wet as a project manager to one of the biggest international construction company in the middle-east and eventually joining another international telecommunications company from being a manager of some of the company’s major accounts to becoming the manager for the company’s mega projects. He also became the managing director of a company he co-founded and after several years of exciting and fruitful experience, he then decided to join Development Keys Engineering Consultants and has played an integral part of the company’s growth and success.
Ziad determines and develops short & long-term business plan as well as annual unit & gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies as needed; keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and forecasting requirements such as preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions and focuses on achieving, exceeding and maximizing all opportunities in the process of closing a sale and hitting the required quota.
